Organic Content: King of SEO

EVEN WITH ALL OF THE TRICKS AND SHORT-CUTS to search engine optimization (SEO) available today, organic content is still king. Recent studies confirm the importance of organic, content-rich search engine listings.

Janeth. Great start on highlighting a PPC campaign! Your on the money about the effort required. Unfortunately, many people feel that PPC is the one-pill remedy. If only it were so easy! A good emarketing strategy will test different campaigns across multiple platforms. It should never be an either/or situation.

The importance of organic anything today is that it is the cornerstone of interactive marketing, which is demanded more and more by prosumers. Good marketers will engage with their market, listen to them (using email, surveys, blogs, forums), open dialog and share industry expertise. And that requires and organic touch.

Thanks for sharing your great piece on PPC.

    All the best

I’ve been looking into doing PPC and it takes a lot more work then most people think.

I started writing down the information on doing PPC here http://www.ranked1.net/Optimizing-AdWords.php.

To do it right takes as much work as it would to rank the page.

I agree that organic SEO is king, but its a time taking process, while PPC will give you instant results, it depends on the advertiser how long his business can wait. Organic SEO should be an ongoing process for all webmasters all the time, PPC should be used every now and then to give a kick.
