Net Neutrality in a Nutshell

Ok, there has been a lot of talk about net neutrality recently. For many, it is still a complicated issue. Finally, the federales involved in the regulation of ecommerce in America have provided some clarity about the issue. The reason why online horse betting and State lotteries are different from other forms of Internet gambling are also explained by the House of Representatives in the same clip. I don’t know, I just feel much better about it all now. Thanks for the clarity guys!
