PC World Ranks the Best and Worst ISPs

We talk about ISPs quite a bit on this blog because they are a critical link in effective desktop email marketing. Today, PC World published a survey of ISP customers, ranking the major players in the game in terms of connection type, overall satisfaction, reliability, download and upload speed, service and support, email service, spam blocking and security. Unfortunately, they didn’t compare or discuss specific bulk email policies. Or at least I didn’t get that far into the report. Perhaps that is a burden that I’ll have to take on myself.

It is a rather lengthy article, and I’m not in love with the format that they chose to publish the results – just seems a bit clunky and verbose to me. In any event, here is PC World’s The Best and Worst ISPs

If you want to go right to the chart, here are the rankings.
