Recently, we discovered that only 9 percent of mobile customers read email on their phones. But the study also showed that those who do are high earners. So if the objective of your next email marketing campaign is to get a response from the top-level of an organization, make sure that you test your email across various mobile clients (i.e. Blackberry, iPhone, Treo, etc.)
