Keeping your recipient details accurate is important. Sometimes, this task can seem overwhelming as the number of recipients and groups grows. The “All Group” tool in GroupMail makes it easy to search for individual email addresses across your groups, replace those addresses and perform group and recipient counts.
From the Groups screen, either select the “All Group” Tools from the Actions Toolbar or simply click “All Group” Tools from the menu at the left-hand side of the screen.
From the ‘All Group’ Tools screen, you can perform an email search across all of your groups.
You can update an email address across all groups.
Or check to see how many recipients you have in all groups.
Just another small, but handy feature in GroupMail.
