Pew Internet: Online Shopping Behaviors and Attitudes

Pew Internet published a new study that takes a look at online shopping behaviors and attitudes. According to the report, while over two-thirds of Americans say that they’ve purchased something on the Internet, seventy-five percent of them don’t like giving their credit card or other personal information online – and more than half experience frustration when attempting to purchase items online.
