Exporting Your GroupMail Groups to an Excel Spreadsheet

You can export your recipient groups from GroupMail at any time to a .csv file. Below is a shortcut for exporting them directly to an Excel (or OpenOffice Calc) file.

First, click on “Groups” and either right-click on the group you want to export or highlight the group and select the “Export” link from the navigation panel on the left-hand side of the screen.
