It’s easy to share your email designs or templates with other GroupMail users. To do this, you can either create an email design in GroupMail’s message editor or import an HTML document that you created externally. Then, click on File/Save As/A Document and save the file to your computer.
This will save your design as a GroupMail Message File (.gmd) that you can send to other GroupMail users. When they open the file, it will open in the GroupMail message editor and they can either save it as a draft (File/Save As/A Draft) or as a user-generated template (File/Save As/A Template.)
Note: When sharing HTML files with images, you should use remote image paths (http://) so that the images remain intact.
