All mail servers have limits on how many messages you can send each day. Gmail is no exception. As a matter of fact, when connecting remotely to the Gmail server, you are only allowed to send 100-150 messages/day per Gmail address. You will have to find a mail server that will allow you to send 45,000 emails/day (unless you want to spread the mailing out over several days.)
