The Messaging Times

My family just moved into Bellingham Cohousing. It is a wonderful, intentional community with a mix of personalities and abilities. One thing is shared, however – a desire to work together toward a harmonious and productive lifestyle. Here’s a bit from the Bellingham Cohousing website:

All of these principles can easily be borrowed to construct a mission statement for a successful business. Working together, contributing individual expertise, collaborating on decisions and conflict resolution, being purposeful and joyful at work and ever-conscious of our use of resources are all things that will help to create a harmonious, productive and efficient work environment.
